Brazed plate heat exchangers, providing high heat transfer efficiency in a compact size. It is manufactured by brazing stainless steel plates together with 99.9% pure copper at high temperature. Since it does not use resin gaskets and is built as a single, non-detachable unit, it can be widely used in heat exchange systems that handle high-temperature and high-pressure fluids or refrigerants.
In addition to conventional Copper brazed heat exchangers, we are the only domestic manufacturer offering an All Stainless Steel BPHE using stainless steel welding technology. It provides the same corrosion resistance and strong durability as stainless steel, making it suitable for applications where copper or nickel materials cannot be used, or where high cleanliness levels or ammonia refrigerants are required.
With compact size and gasket-free structure, the brazed plate heat exchanger is widely applied in high-temperature and high-pressure industrial and commercial cooling systems, energy-saving systems, semiconductor manufacturing facilities, as well as residential and leisure applications.
